Between ages 21- 34 years old

Must be a non-smoker and in overall good health

No Drug or Alcohol Use

Must not be adopted.
(If you are adopted and have FULL medical and genetic history on your biological mother and father we can review your application)

Must not have a Norplant birth control device within the last 12 months.

Must not have taken the Depo-Provera birth control in the last 9 months. It is okay to be on birth control pills.

Must be willing to administer medications by injection

Some clinics require BMI under 30

Must be STD free

Have reliable transportation

May not be receiving any government assistance

Willing to undergo a psychological evaluation & written test

Egg Donor & her partner must agree to all medical testing required for the clinic

Egg Donor & her partner must be willing to undergo criminal background check

Must have a stable residence
