Becoming an intended parent is rewarding in the fact you are able to experience the pregnancy of your child either yourself or with your surrogate mom.

We understand that you might be in the cross-roads wondering if you should take surrogacy/ egg donation route or adoption. While we can’t make this choice for you we would like to help you make the most informed decision you can when you decide.

Adoption is truly a blessing when the birth mom places the child into the arms of the intended parents. With adoption there is a high risk that the intended parents will become emotionally attached to the pregnancy and soon to be baby only to have the birth mom change her mind immediately after birth or worst, a couple days after the intended parents have bonded with the baby. The heartache after a failed adoption is emotionally brutal and financially draining.

In Adoption there is no genetic link to the child you are adopting, but with surrogacy the intended mom (IM) or egg donor (ED) eggs are used along with the intended father (IF) or sperm donor. Many couples find comfort having one or both genetic links to the child born. Even in traditional surrogacy (TS) the egg is donated from the surrogate mom but most cases the sperm is that of the intended father’s (IF). The ability to use the intended mom’s (IM), egg donor or traditional surrogate mom (TS) egg gives access to a complete medical history of the genetic material. This gives many couples a since of peace knowing what ailments or diseases they are passing on to their child or children. The same holds true if the sperm is used from the intended father or sperm from a sperm donor.
In Adoption a child is born many times as a surprise for their biological parent while with surrogacy or egg donation the child conceived is done so 100% for the intended parents (IP). Surrogate moms (SM) and egg donors (ED) chose to help others become intended parents. Many have enjoyed the joy of parenthood themselves and can’t imagine the struggles of not being able to have a child.

Surrogate moms (SM) are women who have an inner desire to go beyond the normal levels to help people. T hey also enjoy being mothers and want to help spread the joy of parenthood to you. Surrogate moms (SM) enjoy pregnancy but are usually done with their own families. Being a surrogate mom allows them to experience pregnancy, giving of themselves to others, and in many cases the surrogate mom and the intended parent’s family become life- long friends. This is the reward many surrogate moms dream about and desire.

In a surrogacy pregnancy the intended parents share a closeness of the pregnancy with the surrogate mom. The intended parents (IP) are able to attend doctor's appointments, ultra sounds, and the birth of their child. This experience is priceless to many intended parents.
